What is the return policy?
My returns policy is a standard 28 days (14 days to contact me here and then 14 days to return item/s).
If your item/s are not suitable you will be offered a refund or a store credit.
If your item/s are faulty you will be offered a full refund or a replacement.
What are your delivery options and shipping costs?
Order processing time: 2 days (max.)
All my products are sent via Royal Mail 28 Hour Tracked
Royal Mail Tracked 48 means a parcel is sent with end-to-end tracking and has a delivery aim of 2 to 3 working days, including Saturdays. It includes features like SMS or email notifications, and a photo on delivery. While it aims for a 2-3 day delivery timeframe, the "48" is an aim, not a guaranteed 48-hour delivery

Do you do bespoke?
I do bespoke work.
For example if you loved an existing style but wanted a different colour option I can work with you on creating that.
Or if you wanted to work with me on some new designs or a commissioned project.
Costing are variable.
Where are your products manufactured?
My printing and manufacturing for my cushion covers are done here is the UK and I work with a local Sussex (UK) supplier for my cushion pads.
